The Importance of Energy in Healing
When we're doing something new, we actually need more resources. We're firing up a new conscious part of our brain. Autopilot takes little to no energy to run on. So what am I saying really simply change takes energy? And again, back to my own journey, what I've learned and noticed, what I don't have resources when I'm tired, when I'm not sleeping well,. When I'm not eating well, when I have projects and stress is high. Those are the moments where all of my old habits go right out the window.
