Artificial Intelligence Is Going to Lead to Some Really Dramatic Changes

This was something where I did anticipate early on that this was a semi-permanent shift. In the long run, I think it will be good for the city, right? But there's going to be some growing pains. You know, and to the point of China, as Ryan was discussing, you know, it's not just that we built up this economy with China at the center. It's that China is going to be in relative decline, but still very powerful even as it's disentangling.
