Is There a Perfect Position?

So when im learning to cut, i have a sequence where we will sid shuffle and plant. And what i do there is i emphasize what i'm looking for in terms of the foot position,. The knee position, the hip position, the brace of the body. Now progressively open that up, but i always then have that position to go back to. That's an anchor that i can use. There is no one perfect position, but they understand the concepts of exerting force in one direction to produce movement in another direction. Superb. I promised you an hour. But i think it's been osiin quick it's flown. It has flown, it has which is great.
