The Importance of Men's Groups

Tate: Men's groups are a great practice ground. A lot of men in the world today, we feel very disconnected from our power,. We're afraid to it's like we're caught in this polarity of I either can't say anything because I'll just get in trouble or fuck it. That one extreme or the other is not going to work for any man. So you have to be able to emote and clear stuff and hold stuff for other men.
