Starting out, i think i squatted like wy 25 kilos, which is about 55 pounds. Um pressed probably just likea 15 kilo articles, about 33 pounds. And the dead lift, ah, somewhere n like 75 pounds. I'll never forget whon. It was shortly after josh left there's another coach named bryan fox that came in. And ye used this like you now, we were till going, keep going.
