Maldon salt flakes are amazing on steak. Nicki makes a pistachio pesto and the kids will smash that. It's got to be pretty nutrient dense between the basil and the you know everything that's in it. If they're doing some berries and some nuts here and there and they tolerate all that stuff they're going to be fine. But then at the end of the day like I know that there's all this stuff in the the media about oh processed meats and nitrates and and whatnot. You quote fresh meat is more nutrient dense. And so again like another avenue is like exploring kind of these sauces that might make the steak or chicken more appealing.
