Stuart Robert takes the Friday afternoon ministerial walk of shame rubbing out Robo-Dits. The government was facing a massive class action after a federal court ruling last November deemed one of the debts illegal. And we'll be refunding $721 million to $373,000 individual Australians for 470,000 debts noting that some Australians have a number of debts. No admission of wrongdoing, no apology, almost like a procedural. I would just gonna do this thing and there's no reason don't ask any questions. Exactly. We're doing that because the best advice we have is that raising a debt wholly or partly on the basis of ATO income average or average income is not sufficient under law
