The Power of the Spirit

The first element of being filled with the spirit is a strengthening of power. Paul defines it in Ephesians chapter three as "filled with all the fullness of God" The first person to be filled with thespirit at the end of the book of Genesis is Joseph. It's specifically a filling of the spirit with an ability to interpret into certain dreams.
