The Cultural Wiping Your Asses
Food is often a lens through which we see cultural differences as travellers. You write about eating sheep's head or sheep's face in iceland. So what did travels to places like iceland teach you about em what food teaches us about the body? When you're almost interested in eating unusual parts of animal body, when you're around the scultural tour de force it makes no sense that something made in 19 71s can't be eaten by humans. And so i think travelling seeing different cultures how they do it, not only which parts, but maybe which animals are are eaten was very enlightening for me.
