How Do You Promote Yourself in Science and Medicine?

I think it's just a matter of, I think the playing field is changing. But I think it takes some time to adjust to that. The journal, the publishing, you know, model was probably different 20, 30 years ago when there wasn't 5,000 journals out there. We now know that you can even publish in a lot of journals relatively easily if you're willing to pay.
