Under Ceausescu's systematization is the process by which they are bulldozing these rural towns and forcing people into the cities. The government isn't keeping these communities together. They're not like splitting up like individual families, but they're not keeping these groups that had lived together for generations together. And that's kind of a soft ethnic cleansing.
