I'm in the final stages of my research, which at that point usually means that they say the hardest point part of a PhD process is getting through the proposal. Um, and I, I see this one bullet point. It says just the last thing here in your shame, it says answers to shame require elements of self awareness, reflection, self compassion, and seeing ourselves through new lens. So very cool.
