A lot of people want to be temporarily very uncomfortable and then go back to comfort. But for me, the biggest break throughs have always been the being a little bit uncomfortable every day. I think it's about m just pushing yourself a little bits every day. It really isn't about, you know, some big win or some lucky break. Because what it takes to change the world is, it takes discipline. And i don't thik the's any problem with doing that once in a while but that tends to lead to conde of this binging and starving yourself cycle.
