What Are Conjectures?
A classic conjecture is, let's say I'm in a particular business and I think it'd be really lucrative for us to go sell more to the baby boomers. Well, conjectures are guesses on what might happen. Actuals are, hey, actually, we did a quick experiment with boomers. And here's an actual thing that happened during that experiment. So it's about looking at actual metrics and data rather than our ideas around them.
