Lynda: You have a really interesting lens on ediction and raceism. Can we agree that we continue to treat black and brown people differently in this country based on systemic raceism? Ly, even though there are negative consequences, these behaviors persist. But the ative question is, and so who is benefiting? Because we don't continue to do things when there's no benefit? And i think what has been painful for a lot of my white friends over the last three or four weeks, as we've been going through the protest in a response to george floyd's killing by the police, is really being able to see they have been benefiting.
