You can tell when you're walking, you could not watch the weekend. There's just an energy to the place. The mood of the building is palpable. When we've had a good one, people will be full of smiles and keen to meet your eye. A huge asset for this team over the last couple of seasons and over the beginning of this one has been the relationship between our two drivers. But we also know that the dynamic between drivers and the team is a fragile thing and needs nurturing. So I think the whole team is very conscious of the need to preserve that,. including the drivers themselves, because they know it works for everybody.
