How to Train to Be a Better Runner

There's a ton of stuff out there on how to train to be a better runner we can point folks in the right direction. The big one I would point people to in the conversation is zone two stuff. Don't start the two mile run into sprint, you're going to have a bad time. Longer runs could actually be even more appropriate given the fact that soldiering has a lot of volume tolerance kind of stuff. You just have to do enough conditioning stuff to do well.
