I was a run around the coffee sugar cocoa exchange as a teenager, adding people and paper tickets. I then went on to work at JP Morgan for 10 years before moving over to Barclays where I worked next 17 years. My focus has been looking after the institutional business with my focus really being the building of the product and engineering and technology. The idea was can we help institutions activate in crypto and bring scale trading and custody and those kinds of things into the space.
