After the financial crisis, Manos CFOs kept companies alive and figured out how to do it. Same thing in the pandemic, we've seen different members of the C suite that are more and more important. People who have been in different aspects of the business because they're going to be more empathetic than just a financial person. "I look for that global experience," she says.
