Is Hormonium the Physical Manifestation of Harmony?

The planet and Zay's and the shard are all one thing. Scadriel is a manifestation of like Aatean Lares' will. The shards create a lot of things that doesn't mean that they are inexorably capital C connected to the shard. But their metal can exist there because that's like something that happens on Scadriel.
