creatine is stored in the muscle with about four grams of water sticking to it. So that is a total increase in mass attributable to creatine of about 5.3 grams per kilogram of muscle. And so when you when you multiply that out like a 0.53% increase in mass for that amount of muscle mass, you're looking at atotal increase in body mass,. which is not much at all. What would that be like three and a half to like point three five to point four pounds, something like that. Yeah.
