If you're ooking to some real estate exposure to your portfolio, i'd say buy at least eight to ten in that range of reats. I'm still very concerned about office, short term and long term. There's still so much uncertainty about what the office demand is going to be for most companies. But i can of any t part of the real estate market that i think is changed forever by the pandemic. Office is it.
