Cathy Radel's Story

Cathy radel was struck by a van while out running errands. Her friend Tiffany is working in critical care as a respiratory therapist. She tells her friend to watch the girls, and she said, of course, absolutely. Do what you need to do. I got my keys and i ran toward the first nearest victim and started doing cipar. People just were staring at me, just like, completly shocked, obviously. A woman running by on her phone, screaming into it, which i can only describe as i think she was probably trying to describe the scene to e m s. But she was extremely distraught.
