CNN's John Sutter tries the lab grown chicken at Jose Andres restaurant in Washington, DC. Peruvian restaurant China Chukano is one of the first in the country to serve cell cultivated meat. Chef Victor Bonano compares it to white meat because of its leanness. He says as he slices the chunk into four pieces for two 50 gram portions per diner.
