Let's Go on an Amica

Twitter has fired over 3,700 people since Elon Musk's takeover of the company. One estimate says nearly 50,000 employees have been fired in the US from the tech sector this year. An amica didn't want to be identified or named the organization she was with but wanted to talk about what it felt like being laid off. She said there was a complete lack of transparency and there was very little effort made by the organization to hold on to employees.
