The Downward Trend in the Development Sector
The number of dwelling consent was still down. It was 25% lower than March the year than March last year. The number of consents actually went up a bit, but that downward trend is definitely still there. We're releasing our first home buyer report, which will be for the end of Q1. And then we're thinking maybe real estate institutes data will come out later this week as well.
