Microsoft research team during COVID did a lot of work looking at this very issue. If your phone's pinging you every minute with a text message or an email and you're reading them, that sort of wellness benefit you get from exercise is partially negated. I think if you're able to give yourself that full brain break, it's going to have the most benefits for you. That's very interesting. Because we talk about green space, does it need to be green?
