Are There Questions You Shouldn't Ask at the End of a Phone Interview?

You should have two or three questions that are pretty concrete at the end of any phone interview. This doesn't have to be a recruiter - it could be a peer, a colleague or famili member. The calls generally go about 30, 30 minutes and then there's usually time for m us to answer any questions the candidate might have. Are there questions you recommend people avoid asking at the phone stage? Don't ask about salary. Ah, don't ask about vacation. At this point in time, none of, none of that information matters. Youre not far enough into the process to be able to be into that negotiation stage.
