Cynicism is like I don't think anything is cool and flattery is like I want to be in your good graces. In a funny way they work a little bit in opposition with each other right. There's something so beautiful about saying I'm so moved by this that I just want to give you all these great grandiose compliments but at the same time there's a risk of creating emotionally crippled humans.
