The Importance of Education in Politics

I think it's pretty hard to argue against that even if there is a bit of a skills mismatch those skills in other ways improve people's lives. I don't think education is particularly in better shape compared to infrastructure in terms of politicians' attention one advantage of education is sometimes the educational sector provides lots of jobs for teachers and other people who work in education so politicians may be attentive to spending in education.
