Anti bautianists believe that life begins at conception. The logical extension is to say, well, all unborn lives are precious. It's not for any one to say, but what moment in time a foetus becomes valuable? In the real world, a fertilized egg is not the same as a vible foetus and it doesn't have rights comparable to those of the woman who's carrying it. So that's the concept. And you mention that there have been some legal representations of foetuses is there any legislation behind this concept in any state?"
