The cost of home owners insurance in the country has been going up a lot. Many insurers now use artificial intelligence research to decide what's called your likely loyalty, which knows a loyalty index score. The more brand loyal you are, the more they raise your rates above what a disloyal person might pay for the same insurance. Somebody going to that insurer with a similar house, similar claims history could be offered a premium much lower than youre paying insurance.
