Building a Conversational Agent

I would say when we are building a conversational survey that we need to consider one thing to consider is how people respond to each of the questions. To design this kind of interactivity I think understanding your respondent is very important like what are the kind of anticipated answers are and also  always adjust the design of a conversational agent in the best response to this diverse set of user responses.
