Don't spend time on things that give you no return. Rather spend your time learning something that can help you for the future. Picking up a new skill can change your life totally. Learning Linux, as an example, can give you a massive return over your lifetime. There is no magic deal. It has to be crazy to go to the gym. You reach one hour a day.
