I like to put myself in a non competitive environment, and so we've carried over those same skill sets over to commercial. And for the most part, I would say that the highest return on our efforts have been a result of cold calling and then direct mail. It's kind of flip flop. It used to be all direct mail. You know, we'd get about 70 to 80% of our results. And it's actually flopped over now to more cold calling definitely gets the results. Whereas people are just getting inundated with, with mail and junk mail existed 10, 15 years ago. But now that's pretty much all that's in your mailbox.
