This was a paper that answered the question is rapid up titration of guideline directed medical therapy for acute heart failure safe and effective. The primary outcome, which was a composite measure of 180 day all cause death or heart failure readmissions, was actually lower in the high intensity care group. Also, these patients had a lot better relief of their symptoms, quite a bit at 90 days. And it's kind of interesting to note that they were on lower doses of diuretics as well.
