Xi Jinping's Coming Out Party

Bonnie Liu: I want to start by asking you how you interpret Xi Jinping's sort of coming out party at the G20. Of course, he was coming out from COVID hibernation in facing the West, but he had been in Samarkan and met with non-Western leaders. So this was his Western coming out party. Do you see a shift coming out of that meeting in Xi Jinping's public diplomacy? And if so, how would you characterize it?
