The halo rise sits on your night stand and watches you sleep. It has a movement and breathing senses, and it monites your sleep without having to be awearable. And then it also has an alarm clock function, so it wakes you up in the morning whence it's determines if you've had enough sleep or not. But i have to say, i'm not that interested in tracking my sleep in the first place.
