Adrenelin vs Nora Renlin in Cardiac Patients With Post Resuscitation Stomach

Around a third of patients are admitted alive, 50 to 70 % are going to die during their stay on i t u. It is pretty clear that optimizing the hemo dynamics of that patient is pretty key as post-resuscitation shock can occur in up to 70%. But there have not been any direct comparisons one of the vaso presses available inour hospital - cardacrest. And out there in clinical practice, you do see commonly both adrenelin and nora drenlin used. Will this paper set out to try and bolster our evidence to guide our practice?
