Lek: The biggest trap that you can fall into when youare interviewing someone is to make it about you. Instead, you have to learn to just take a step back and listen. Lek says we don't think about how to be good at conversation in our minds. Listening is involuntary, right in theory but hearing is not, or the vice versa. You can hear, you may not be listening. I his the better way to say it. So here's something that's the most essential part of being human... We're so good at it, we don't need to practise it. But what's not obvious, is it? Maybe we could be a lot better.
