The Local Area Effect of Starlings

In the middle of our shift, before we run a team or do a huddle. I think part of my response to that is to think about the idea of, like, leave no trace camping,. You know, you go into space and you leave it better than, if ere at the worst, at least equal to how you found it. If i can focus on my little locus of control, you know, the people rond me, my team, and if i can act with respect and curiosity and humility and a spirit of collaboration with those people - things will get better. And i really want to what we all are trying to do this good thing together every day.
