Neil Miller was an intern during the 2008 recession when there were like no jobs to be had. He came in as the head of client services, then he was something maybe before president. Neil: When you're bringing on a second command, it's almost like bringing a big boulder and wanting the boulder to drop to the bottom of the pond. The boulder will get to the pond just fine. You've hired the right person. It'll do its job.
