The Epigenetic Clocks Are Telling Us Something

i'm a little bit worried about the dimensionality of the datad and whether or not it's pattern matching in some cases, rather than really truly going to be a robust predictor of biological age. That probably reflects what is admittedly my limited understanding of the mathematics behind a lot of the epigenetic clocks that have been built. But i think these clocks are telling us something. And if you get to the point where you can understand mechanism, it's going to be much more powerful. I also think, though, this gets to the fundamental challenge with bi markers. We just don't have any validated biomarkers of aging,. This has been a problem, you know, since i was a graduate
