The Pros and Cons of Operating as a Solo Capitalist
The advantages of being solo are that you can make a decision incredibly quickly. The downside is that you don't really have someone that's truly aligned with you to try and figure out, like, should we do this deal? And so it's up to you to either come up with the reasons, you know, where things may not work or find people that will help challenge you. But I think even in today's environment where deal flow has slowed down, the ability to move quickly helps you win deals.
