Building an Audience

You've got to build an audience, but you don't need to be as big as jack botche. Find at least one person that you can meaningfully increase their capabilities in something that can help impact their business or life. Create valuable content by listening to what people wo do it consistently and connect with people. And then the final step in that is take what you did with that first person, your ordience building activitye should help you start to find more of those people and then get them together in a workshop.
