Jarvis: As a client, you also want to know that your advisor is on top of it. If they're not communicating that they looked at your Roth conversions, then as a client, how do they know that you're actually doing it? I think it's more than just getting credit and protecting the relationship. It's also just I mean, good client service. That's what we want as consumers. We don't want to be overly bombarded.
