The Importance of Preparing for the Open
A big part of performing well in these conditions, I'm sure, comes down to preparedness. Do not have preconceived notions that, you know, Apple's at 240, 230, let's go buy it. The real, there's easy money and there's stuff money, right? When things halted, for example, there's algorithms that trade the open,. Obviously, but when things halted, those algorithms were not working. So what a stock is going to open at versus what it closed at is a big difference.
