Quanta Mechanics

Shan: Why do we need so many interpretations of quanty mechanics? What problem is it that they are trying to address? I think there's actually two problems. If we want to think that quanta mechanics is the right theory of how reality works, we need to know what reality is. We need to know why this measurement plays such a special role in physics. And you make a really interesting distinction there.
