Sineep Smith won a motion for judgment on the third cooperator's charges, leaving her with a couple of counts of mail fraud. The defense argued throughout that this is putting a chilling effect on mere advocacy speech. She was also convicted of subsection B, which is B1 for financial or commercial advantage or gain. In other words, she did A and she did B because she was trying to make a buck.
