Just breathe, pay attention to what's going on in a moment, and the mind will stop flitting around and become calm. And this will bring us to a condition of profound rest, and that rest will, by itself, bring about the healing. It's really wonderful to hear tikdenan say, no, it's not so hard. After decades of thinking that practice is very arduous and very difficult, and many attempt it, but few succeed.
